Registering for the New NCGIA Website

1. Visit the NCGIA website and click on the "Members" tab at the top. This will take you to the Login Page.

**After you complete the initial registration process, you will be able to login here with no additional steps.

 

2. Click on the "Register" link at the bottom left of the box.

3. You will be redirected to a page that asks for the current NCGIA Master Password. This will keep the general population from registering for the site.
4. You will then be sent to the registration box. Simply enter the required information.

At the bottom, there is a box that requires you to type the words you see. Simply type the first word, then a space, then the second word.

If you can't read the words, click the refresh button to see new ones.
For an audio option, click the speaker. Then type the numbers you hear as they are played.

5. You will be redirected back to the Login Page. Type your new username and password.

6. Once you log in, you will remain logged in until you close your web browser, or you manually log out.

**Please do not forget to log out for security reasons.
